The IGIS Microprocessor based Signal Enhancement Resistivity Meter Models SSR – MP1 is a high quality microprocessor based data acquisition system incorporating several innovative features. The instrument design incorporates several advanced techniques of digital circuitry to make it reliable Geophysical tool that provides high quality data useful for all types of mineral and groundwater exploration research etc. The SSR-MP1 sends the entire current into the ground without wasting power for constant current generation thus increasing the signal strength to probe deeper layers. The advanced design of SSR-MP1 Resistivity Meter achieves excellent depth penetration with relatively low power transmission. It utilizes the signal stacking up to 99 successive readings to achieve the beneficial signal enhancement. In the presence of random (non-coherent) earth noises, the signal to noise ratio of the SSR-MP1 measurement will be enhanced by ÖN where N is the number of individual readings. Hence SSR-MP1 Resistivity meter can be used for depths of up to 600m under favorable geological conditions.

The Continuous Well Logger DMPL-2 is a highly portable, sturdy and easy to operate microprocessor-based Digital Multi Probe Borehole Logger. The equipment can be dismantled and carried to remote areas by head-load. The special design features incorporated make this DMPL-2, a highly versatile instrument suitable for high quality data acquisition, an essential pre-requisite to tackle wide variety of geological and Geophysical exploration problems. DMPL-2 is capable of continuous logging of S.P., Point Resistance, Short Normal, Long Normal and Lateral Resistivities. The logger can be operated with user-friendly interface through notebook P.C. The acquired data is stored and displayed on P.C. Hard copy can be obtained through Inkjet printer to the required sensitivity/scale. Automatic Water Level Recorders

As We Are manufacturer for this product IGIS make Automatic Water Level Recorder (AWLR) is a microprocessor based instrument for measuring water levels in bore / tube / open wells using the principle of hydrostatic pressure sensing. It is capable of taking measurements at programmable intervals, store and transmit the data to the desired remote destination through GSM network. Alternatively the data can also be retrieved at a remote station. Applications To maintain water level variations in observation wells To maintain water level variations in reservoirs To carry out draw down measurements during pumping test.

Water Level Indicators

Water Level Indicators with counter mechanism is a very handy device to quickly check the level of water in open wells and in bore wells. A sensor attached to the end of a cable, wound on a winch is lowered in to the well over a calibrated wheel attached to the counter mechanism. The moment the sensor touches the water surface, a panel meter on the winch which is on the ground shows full deflection with buzzer sound. The depth to the water level from the ground can be read off in metric scale on the counter.

DDR 3 Resistivity Meters

The DDR 3 Resistivity Meter is a specialized version of IGIS Resistivity meters designed for use in Resistivity surveys up to about 200m depth. It utilizes rechargeable batteries as power source to energize the ground thus eliminating the necessity of using the relatively expensive dry cells. The equipment consists of two separate comportment-one for reading the current (G.Unit) and the other for directly reading the resistance/the potential (P-Unit), both housed in a single box. The equipment, powered by a 24V rechargeable battery can send highly stabilized currents up to 200 mA and read the resulting potential with a 100 micro volts resolution or ground resistance directly with 50 micro ohms resolution. Housed in sturdy aluminum box fixed in a briefcase, the instrument provides highly reliable digital outputs of ground resistance during field surveys and finds extensive use in ground water exploration, dam site investigation, delineation of geological structural features and in several other related problems.
